The home
automation system is a two-tier architecture. The primary tier
utilizes the Wireless LAN (Ethernet IP) communications and serves
as the information systems data link.
The domain
server and all thin client graphical user interfaces (browsers)
coexist on the primary tier. The domain server serves up web pages
of the automated subsystems on the home Intranet, as well as on
the World Wide Web. |
